Job Description

We are searching for an HR Manager to oversee our human resources department in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This is a pivotal role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a productive work environment. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing talent acquisition processes, and guiding the organization on best HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective talent management programs.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employee development.
  • Implement employee engagement surveys and act on feedback.
  • Coordinate benefits and compensation programs.
  • Drive employee retention strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Advanced HR certification is preferred
