Job Description

We are on the lookout for an HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Pretoria. In this role, you will manage various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will play a vital role in supporting organizational goals and enhancing employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment cycle to attract and onboard top talent.
  • Draft and revise HR policies and ensure they are communicated effectively.
  • Advise employees on HR-related queries and facilitate solutions.
  • Guide managers in performance appraisal processes and metrics.
  • Plan and implement training sessions for employee skill development.
  • Manage workplace conflicts and foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Analyze employee feedback to drive engagement strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with all labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or a related field
