Job Description

Join our dynamic HR team as an HR Generalist where you will be instrumental in supporting our recruitment processes, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance efforts. Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing our company’s culture and ensuring HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes and maintain job postings.
  • Assist with employee relations and conduct investigations as necessary.
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment and changes.
  • Help create and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Support the development and execution of training programs.
  • Cultivate relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Analyze employee feedback and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
