Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support various HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with HR policies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process including screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Implement and manage onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Assist employees with HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain HR compliance and reporting standards.
  • Develop and distribute HR communications to employees.
  • Collaborate with management to improve employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR policies and practices.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and employee relations issues.
  • Support initiatives around diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • HR-related certifications are a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in HR generalist function
