We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. This position involves designing, developing, and supervising electrical systems and equipment, ensuring they meet all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical principles, project management skills, and experience in various types of electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop new methods and processes for chemical manufacturing.
• Optimize existing processes to improve yield and quality.
• Evaluate equipment and technology for process improvement.
• Assist in scaling up laboratory processes to production levels.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure workplace safety.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss project updates.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the chemical industry
