Job Description

As an Event Planner at Event Masters Ltd., you will be responsible for managing various events from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure that every detail is executed flawlessly, creating unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning of events from start to finish.
• Work with clients on their vision and budget constraints.
• Coordinate food and beverage selections.
• Ensure all events run smoothly and efficiently.
• Schedule meetings and site visits with clients and vendors.
• Train and supervise junior event staff.
• Develop event timelines and checklists.
• Implement feedback from clients and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or equivalent experience
• MBA in Event Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of extensive experience in managing large-scale events

Technical Skills

• Event Software Proficiency

Certifications

• Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

• English: Fluent
