Packaging and Filling Machine Operator

Job Description

The Base Filler will be responsible for filling the base of products in a manufacturing or production setting. They will ensure accuracy and efficiency in the filling process, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operating filling machines and ensuring they are functioning properly.
• Ensuring that all safety guidelines are followed during the filling process.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets.
• Performing routine maintenance on filling machines.
• Ensuring that all materials and products are handled correctly and stored efficiently.
• Training new staff on filling procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Experience with filling machinery
• Quality control processes

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
