Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Local Pharmacy, you will be pivotal in ensuring the safe and effective use of medicine. You will interact with patients, providing medication counseling, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability of medications and supplies.
• Conduct medication assessments and follow-ups.
• Participate in pharmacy audits and quality assurance initiatives.
• Advise on drug interactions and contraindications.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims for medications.
• Educate students or interns during their placements.
• Coordinate with local healthcare organizations and associations.
• Document changes in medication therapy and patient conditions.
• Facilitate medication therapy reviews with physicians.
• Promote patient adherence to medication regimens.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy

Technical Skills

• Clinical Pharmacy Knowledge

Certifications
