The successful candidate will provide support and guidance to clients dealing with various mental health issues, focusing on therapy, assessment, and creating treatment plans. Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake interviews and assessments to determine client needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with other professionals in delivering holistic care.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support when necessary.
  • Engage in team meetings to discuss client care strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work
  • Postgraduate qualification in Counselling is preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a counseling role
