Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Support Representative in Durban, where your primary role will be to assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps when necessary.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are logged appropriately in the system.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction post-interaction.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to management.
  • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to improve product offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with customer service certifications is a plus

  • 2+ years in a call center environment preferred
