Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at Tech Innovations, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.
