• Customer Service Dedicated to providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Lodging Management Certificate
• Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
• English (Fluent)
• Zulu (Conversational)

• Experience in event management: Experience organizing and managing hotel events.
• Understanding of revenue management strategies: Knowledge in implementing effective yield management strategies.
