Job Description

As an Event Planner at Event Solutions, you will be responsible for orchestrating a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to extravagant weddings. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life, managing all logistics, vendors, and timelines to ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of event planning and execution.
• Work closely with clients to understand their event goals and requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage event logistics.
• Create engaging content for digital marketing efforts related to events.
• Solicit client feedback during and after events to enhance service delivery.
• Analyse event success metrics and prepare reports.
• Maintain organized event documentation and records.
• Foster a positive working environment within the event team.
• Stay updated on industry trends to bring innovative ideas to events.
• Assist in training junior team members and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Event Management or Hospitality is preferred
• Certification in project management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in coordinating large events
