Responsibilities

  • Execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
  • Interface with clients to gain a complete understanding of their recruitment needs.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for fit and skills.
  • Provide insights and advice to clients on hiring processes and trends.
  • Participate in recruitment fairs and networking events.
  • Continuously update industry knowledge and trends for recruitment.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant HR certification is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment agencies
