Responsibilities

• Actively source candidates through online platforms and direct outreach.
• Conduct interviews and reference checks to ensure the quality of candidates.
• Partner with clients to gain insight into their company culture and hiring practices.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes.
• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Sociology
• Postgraduate qualification in HR or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in recruitment or HR consulting
