Responsibilities
Design and implement effective onboarding processes.
Provide guidance on employee relations and HR best practices.
Manage organizational development and change initiatives.
Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR strategies.
Facilitate training and development programs for employees.
Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
Assist in budget planning and management for HR activities.
Build strong relationships with employees and management.
Stay current with HR trends and legislation to ensure compliance.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is advantageous
Experience
5-8 years of experience in HR management or related roles
