Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects to meet quality and performance objectives.
• Work with manufacturing teams to improve product designs and production processes.
• Analyze and optimize mechanical systems using simulations and modeling.
• Generate and maintain technical documentation including specifications and standards.
• Assist in the development of project schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinate with suppliers and fabricate prototypes for testing.
• Implement engineering best practices to enhance safety and reliability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years experience in mechanical engineering or related field
