Responsibilities

• Lead project design meetings and coordinate with various teams.
• Create detailed architectural documents and specifications.
• Employ design software and tools for 3D modeling.
• Participate in the completion of project budgets and timelines.
• Provide mentoring and guidance for junior architects.
• Research and integrate new building techniques and materials.
• Evaluate architectural designs for technical feasibility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related discipline
• Master's degree for career advancement

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural practice

Technical Skills

• Design Software Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Registered Architect in South Africa
• Sustainable Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Advanced BIM Training: Advanced training in Building Information Modeling is an advantage.
