Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive key projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a proven track record in managing project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, and a passion for achieving results.

Responsibilities

  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and scope based on stakeholder requirements.
  • Utilize project management tools to track project progress and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to review status and realign priorities.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance collaboration.
  • Report on project performance against budget and timeline expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or IT
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies
