• Direct daily retail operations while ensuring staff efficiency.
• Develop innovative merchandising strategies to drive sales.
• Monitor stock and reorder products as needed.
• Ensure a high level of customer service in all interactions.
• Lead team meetings to communicate objectives and expectations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns.
• Evaluate staff performance and facilitate coaching opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or equivalent qualification

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory retail role

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
