• Direct daily retail operations while ensuring staff efficiency.
• Develop innovative merchandising strategies to drive sales.
• Monitor stock and reorder products as needed.
• Ensure a high level of customer service in all interactions.
• Lead team meetings to communicate objectives and expectations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns.
• Evaluate staff performance and facilitate coaching opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Sales Strategy Development Proficient in creating sales strategies that drive revenue.
• Inventory Management Experienced in managing stock levels and supplier relationships.
• Visual Merchandising Skilled in designing engaging product displays.
• Leadership Strong leadership abilities to inspire and manage teams.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service Orientation Dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.
• English (Fluent)

• Bilingual: Fluency in Afrikaans or another local language is an asset.
• Experience in Visual Merchandising: Proven ability to create appealing product displays.
