The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in architecture combined with excellent project management skills, enabling them to effectively guide projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of architectural project execution, ensuring project execution aligns with client objectives.
• Establish project scopes, budgets, and schedules, adjusting as necessary based on client feedback.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure design intent is realized on-site.
• Review and approve design documents, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional standards.
• Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment to encourage innovative thinking.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Engage stakeholders in the project planning process, fostering strong relationships.
• Support the firm’s sustainability initiatives through ongoing education and dedication to environmental practices.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members to advance their skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Professional registration with a recognized body is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in architecture project management

• Budget Management

Certifications

• Prince2 Certification is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent
