We are in search of a skilled Architecture Project Manager to lead and oversee our design projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in architecture combined with excellent project management skills, enabling them to effectively guide projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and consultants.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance with designs and regulations.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including proposals, plans, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local zoning laws and building codes.
  • Mentor junior architects, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement and supervise quality assurance processes across all project stages.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to optimize project outcomes.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Professional registration with a recognized body is preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in architecture project management
