Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our HR functions, developing HR strategies, and fostering a positive company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve employee experience.
  • Facilitate training and development programs.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Develop succession planning strategies.
  • Advise on talent management and workforce planning.
  • Create and manage employee wellness programs.
  • Engage with employees to gather feedback and suggestions.
  • Work closely with department heads to align HR needs with business objectives.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Post-graduate qualification in Human Resources Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
