Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to formulate and manage training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The right candidate will drive engagement and knowledge transfer through innovative learning strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Support leaders in enhancing their coaching and mentoring skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years in learning and development or related HR roles
