We are seeking a skilled Boiler House Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of boiler systems within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the boiler house team in executing maintenance schedules and safety protocols.
• Conduct training sessions for new staff on boiler operations and safety measures.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives to enhance boiler efficiency.
• Coordinate with supply chain to manage fuel and parts inventory.
• Develop and submit reports on system performance and maintenance issues.

Requirements

Education

• Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Boiler House Technician or similar role
