Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and regulations. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing quality, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project lifecycle from planning and execution through to final delivery.
• Work closely with project stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Create and manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure effective allocation of resources to meet project goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Assist in contract negotiation and management.
• Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the company's quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in construction management
