Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Community Health Worker to join our team. In this role, you will focus on promoting health education and awareness within the community, aiming to improve overall health outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of community development principles and the ability to engage with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement health education programs for community members.
  • Collaborate with local organizations and health agencies to promote community health.
  • Create health education materials and resources for community members.
  • Provide counseling and support to individuals and groups on health issues.
  • Collect and analyze data on health issues in the community.
  • Advocate for policies and initiatives that improve community health.
  • Organize and facilitate community health events and activities.
  • Prepare and present reports on health promotion activities and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.
  • Engage with community members to promote health literacy.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
