Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain carton forming machines for efficient production.
• Monitor production output and quality while making necessary adjustments.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
• Report any mechanical or production issues to the supervisor.
• Support compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Help with the training of junior staff.
• Document production activities as required.

Advantageous

• Experience in a manufacturing environment: Previous work experience in a similar setting is beneficial.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles: Understanding of efficiency improvements and waste reduction techniques.
