Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills and a passion for aerospace technology to help us design and improve aircraft and spacecraft systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test prototypes of aerospace components.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with suppliers for sourcing materials and parts.
• Review and analyze performance data to optimize design.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
• Engage with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project status.
• Conduct training sessions on new technologies and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or relevant discipline
• Master's degree in Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace engineering or related fields

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
