Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Durban. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and completion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
• Supervise contractors to ensure work quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
• Prepare project reports and deliver presentations to senior management.
• Continuously improve project management processes and techniques.
• Handle project invoicing and financial reporting.
• Ensure the project adheres to budget constraints while meeting quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Construction Management is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in the construction industry
