Responsibilities
Direct and supervise all construction activities on site.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure project adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure project success.
Monitor and control project costs and resources.
Ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
Manage safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
Prepare progress reports for senior management.
Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with municipal regulations.
Mentor and train junior construction staff.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Education
Relevant qualification in Engineering or Architecture
Professional certification in Construction Management is preferred
