Job Description

Are you an organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are looking for a Virtual Assistant based in Bloemfontein to provide administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, handling emails, and assisting with client inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication by managing email responses.
  • Assist with organizing meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Maintain databases and assist with data management.
  • Support the team in executing marketing efforts.
  • Ensure all correspondence is handled in a timely manner.
  • Help coordinate team events and outings.
  • Conduct research as needed for various projects.
  • Assist in budgeting and expense tracking.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Certification in Administration or Business Management is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles or support functions
