• Assist with technology upgrades and migrations.
• Inform users about IT policies and procedures.
• Manage software licenses and subscriptions.
• Evaluate and implement IT support tools.
• Provide input on IT-related projects and initiatives.
• Project manage small IT tasks to successful completion.
