Job Description

As a Help Desk Manager in Johannesburg, you'll be responsible for overseeing our IT support operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and team efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in help desk management, with a focus on providing top-notch customer support while mentoring a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise help desk operations and ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements

Education
