Job Description

Join our team as an IT Support Technician, where your expertise will help us in quickly diagnosing and resolving IT-related problems. You will engage with users to understand their needs, provide training on software applications, and ensure that all technical equipment functions correctly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries and provide effective solutions to technical problems.
• Update and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
• Collaborate with IT team members to enhance user support processes.
• Implement and maintain backups of essential data and systems.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical skills.
• Assist in developing IT policies and procedures.
• Apply patches and updates to systems as necessary.
• Provide support during system rollouts and upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• A+ and N+ certifications
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support roles

Technical Skills

• Server Management

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Active Directory: Familiar with managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
