Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead projects within our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership and communication skills, ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while working closely with stakeholders to achieve our company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive project documentation including project charters and status reports.
• Direct and coordinate project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor project performance and make adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Conduct project evaluations and prepare lessons learned documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate degree in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in a similar industry

Certifications
