Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Learning and Development Officer to oversee our training programs. In this role, you will facilitate training sessions, assess learning needs, and collaborate with management to enhance employee skills. Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive training strategies.
• Monitor and report on training budgets.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Facilitate onboarding training for new employees.
• Identify external training resources and vendors.
• Create training materials and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Postgraduate qualification desirable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in learning and development

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
