Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree in Training and Development is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development roles

• Instructional Design

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• Training and Development Certificate by ATD

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Proficient

• Knowledge of e-learning development tools: Familiarity with tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
