Job Description

As an HR Manager at Leading HR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the HR functions of our organization. You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives. Your expertise in HR policies and procedures will help us cultivate a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support business objectives.
  • Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding.
  • Organize and facilitate training programs and workshops.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate employee records management and compliance.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to address trends.
  • Encourage employee engagement through various initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR practices with business needs.
  • Provide guidance on performance-related issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR or related fields
