Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Clinical Psychologist to join our practice in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing individual and group therapy, and working with a diverse patient population. Your role will be crucial in helping clients manage their mental health and improve their quality of life through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose mental health disorders through interviews and assessments.
  • Offer therapy services focusing on promoting health and resilience.
  • Work closely with families and caregivers for comprehensive treatment strategies.
  • Engage in outreach programs focused on mental health awareness in the community.
  • Provide expert testimony in legal situations when necessary.
  • Collaborate with local agencies to improve mental health resources.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Doctoral degree preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting
