Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Perform data mining using state-of-the-art methods.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to our business's operations.
• Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize business needs.
• Provide technical assistance and support for the data analytics team.
• Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools and trends.
• Maintain privacy and security protocols regarding sensitive data.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems.
• Work with external vendors to gather data and insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel
• SQL
• Python or R

Languages

• English: Fluent
