AI Research Engineer

Job Description

As an AI Research Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on advanced AI technologies and contribute to meaningful projects that make a difference. You will be involved in end-to-end model development, from conception through testing and deployment. Your role will also include mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge across teams.

Responsibilities

• Research and innovate new approaches to machine learning.
• Work closely with data scientists to develop features and optimize data pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to discover patterns and insights.
• Enhance existing AI models by incorporating user feedback into future iterations.
• Collaborate with product managers to align AI capabilities with business needs.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides for model deployment.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• PhD preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML research or related work
