Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and protocols.
  • Provide training sessions for staff on new software tools.
  • Track inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Support IT initiatives aimed at improving the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for specific technical support.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate in IT Support or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years experience in technical support or related area
