Job Description

Join our creative team as a UX Designer in Johannesburg, where you'll focus on designing intuitive user interfaces and improving user interactions across our applications. This position requires a deep understanding of user needs and the ability to translate them into effective design solutions. You will engage with users through various research methods, facilitate design thinking sessions, and iterate on designs based on feedback to create products that resonate with users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with user needs.
• Utilize tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD to create effective designs.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to inspire collaboration.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify design opportunities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met in all design outputs.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time completion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI, or related discipline
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant UX/UI experience

Languages
