Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager who will drive our online sales and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing e-commerce platforms, optimizing user experience, and developing effective digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing strategies for the e-commerce site.
• Work closely with content creators to ensure product descriptions are optimized.
• Utilize analytics tools to gauge campaign effectiveness.
• Develop customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
• Manage the e-commerce budget and forecast based on sales data.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing roles

• Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Email Marketing Tools (MailChimp, Klaviyo)
