Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the sales floor for peak performance.

• Set sales goals and monitor team progress.
• Address customer complaints and feedback promptly.
• Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
• Prepare daily cash reports and manage cash handling procedures.
• Lead staff meetings to keep the team informed and motivated.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist staff in training.
• Ensure proper merchandising techniques and store layout.
• Monitor employee attendance and performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of retail management experience
