Job Description

Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept through testing.
- Facilitate workshops to gather insights and brainstorm innovative concepts.
- Maintain a keen eye on usability, accessibility, and functionality.
- Engage with stakeholders to align on vision and objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity.
- Provide mentorship to junior designers on best practices in UX design.
Requirements
Education
- Master's degree in UX Design or related field is preferred
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in a UX role, with a portfolio demonstrating past work
