Distribution Associate

Job Description

As a Distribution Associate, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the distribution of products. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring all orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner, while also maintaining inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt and processing of incoming inventory and materials.
• Pick and fill customer orders from stock accurately.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Perform inventory controls and ensure high-quality standards for audits.
• Prepare relevant reports on all transactions and stock levels.
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, checking products against orders.
• Work collaboratively with logistics and sales teams to optimise operations.
• Assist in training new staff on procedures and best practices in distribution.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant tertiary-level qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in distribution or logistics roles.
