Responsibilities

• Set up new workstations and configure hardware components.
• Respond swiftly to service desk tickets and queries.
• Ensure user data is backed up and systems are secure.
• Participate in troubleshooting meetings to track ongoing issues.
• Assist in onboarding new staff with their IT setups.
• Conduct regular system checks and updates.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in help desk/support roles

Technical Skills

• Troubleshooting software issues

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
