Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner who will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of medical conditions, while also demonstrating a commitment to patient education and community health.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose patient conditions in accordance with medical protocols.
  • Manage acute and chronic illnesses effectively.
  • Implement evidence-based practices in clinical care.
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives for health education.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior nursing staff.
  • Assist in research and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Nurse Practitioner certification from an accredited program
Experience
  • 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years as a Nurse Practitioner
