Job Description

As a Teaching Assistant at Innovative Learning Academy, you'll play a vital role in supporting our educators and helping students achieve academic success. You'll assist in lesson planning, provide one-on-one support to learners, and help create a dynamic classroom environment. Ideal candidates should have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the development of instructional materials that promote student learning.
• Monitor and document student progress and behavior in the classroom.
• Work one-on-one with students to provide additional support as needed.
• Participate in meetings and professional development activities.
• Assist in organizing school events and activities.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or relevant field
• Bachelor's degree in Education is a plus

Experience

• Experience working with children in a teaching or support role
